XRI Holdings, a leading water management and midstream company in the Permian Basin, announced today that John R. Durand has joined the Company’s leadership team as President.
Mr. Durand has over three decades of energy experience, having most recently served as President & Chief Operating Officer of WaterBridge Resources, LLC. Prior to joining WaterBridge, John served on the Management Team of Pioneer Water Management LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Pioneer Natural Resources, one of the largest independent producers in the Permian Basin. In that role, Mr. Durand oversaw the commercial, logistics and supply sourcing functions for one of the largest midstream water operations in North America. John served as the commercial lead in negotiating landmark agreements with the cities of Odessa and Midland to purchase municipal effluent water for Pioneer’s long-term development requirements. Prior to his role at Pioneer, John served as Vice President of Business Development for PVR Partners L.P.. and in a variety of leadership positions with Crosstex Energy Services, L.P. (now EnLink Midstream LLC).
