XRI Employees Achieve Goal of Zero Recordable Hours or Loss Time Incidents

February 2021 marks one year of zero recordable hours or lost time for XRI employees.

A very rare feat in the industry, this was one of the main goals when David Magouirk, Director of HS&E and Training, joined XRI in 2018.

“This is a measurement of the hard work that the HS&E team has done in the field along with the buy-in from all the frontline leaders that the team has in place,” stated Magouirk. “It really gives me great pleasure to say, “Mission Accomplished.”

At XRI, nothing is of greater importance than safety and the goal is simple: ZERO. Every person focuses on achieving zero HS&E incidents every day, all day.

“Everyone should be excited about what they’ve done,” Matt Gabriel, CEO, said. “Working together to make this happen shows that putting safety first is the most important thing we do as a company.”

While recognizing this outstanding accomplishment, Magouirk says everyone is dedicated to continuing this trend moving forward and having back to back years of safety success.
